Yes! PT will provide a physical therapy billing statement which you can file with your insurance company for out-of-network benefits.
With reimbursement from your insurance carrier, your out-of-pocket cost should be less than what a typical insurance co-pay would be.
If you plan to apply for reimbursement from your insurance company, you should find out if they will require you to obtain a physician's referral before your first visit. If required, an "Eval and Treat" prescription is best.
